You can return your purchase within 7 days from order delivery date, by submitting the return form. Please inform us about your intention to return the purchase via phone or email.

Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them, without any damages or smell. Tags and labels must be on the item. Items must be free of any signs of being worn or used. Till receipt that comes together with every order must be presented for all items returned. Otherwise the item will not be returned or exchanged. In case of successful refund, our employee with provide you with a refund receipt, confirming that the items returned have been taken back.

Please consider that items purchased with markdown cannot be returned.

PAYMENT REFUND

Refunds are processed within 3 working days from the refund query receipt date.

If your purchase was paid using non-cash payment, reimbursed amount will be returned to your card, which was used for the initial order, within 14 working days. Refund lead time also depends on your issuer bank. Information about your reimbursement amount may be obtained online or via application of your issuer bank.
